Legal Practice
Benjamin joined the law firm of Hanna & Fisher, Napoleon, Ohio, in December 2023. He looks forward to maintaining a very general practice of law in Napoleon, Ohio, and surrounding counties, including Family Law, Criminal Defense Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning Law, Real Estate Law, Personal Injury Law, Business Relationships Law, Commercial and Contract Law, and Collections Law.
During law school, Benjamin worked for the Springfield, Ohio, law firm Gorman, Veskauf, Henson, & Wineberg, focusing primarily on real property and tort law. He also worked for the Solicitor for the Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio, focusing on administrative and zoning law, and for the Montgomery County, Ohio, Prosecutor’s office, focusing on criminal law.
Education & Honors
Benjamin Asebrook graduated from Wright State University, with honors, in 2019, and from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023.
Courts & Legal Organizations
Benjamin was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio in 2023 and he is currently a member of the Henry County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Benjamin is currently licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Indiana. He is also part of the Henry County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Indiana State Bar Association.
